DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The ET5T is a machine composed by several parts and has been designed to speed up and improve the positioning and alignment of the strings on the glass. A load axle, with the help of vacuum, picks up the strings coming out of the ET5MW and it turns them clockwise or anti clockwise before unloading them on a turning table. The table has been designed to allow a first visual control of the string and to turn it, so that the string is in the correct position for a following positioning on the glass, which will be done by second axle. The glass, inserted by the operator on a motorized roller, will be automatically centred. When the module is finished the glass will be unloaded automatically.
