ECOLAM 05 / 05 MAXI
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The ECOLAM05 / 05 MAXI is an automatic photovoltaic module laminator and it has been designed to allow a production in series of the photovoltaic modules with the use of an automatic conveyer belt for the centring loading and unloading of the laminates. The lamination cycle permits to laminate with a continuous temperature of 180 ° C which allows an use of ultra fast cure EVA. The laminated modules pass the certification IEC 61215. The ECOLAM05 / 05 MAXI is capable to laminate not only standard photovoltaic modules but also particular architectonic modules as prismatic glass, double glass, transparent tedlar and flexible modules. It can also be used for the lamination of coloured plasma screens. The lamination cycle is automatic and controlled by a PLC. The operator interacts with the programming through the touch-screen where it is possible to control the cycle in order to see the temperature or the vacuum values.
